A video of an Indian boy’s extreme Bollywood dancing on India’s Got Talent got the attention of CNN and Good Morning America and his fame is spreading with his latest appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Akshat Singh, 8, appeared on Ellen riding a toy motorcycle and dressed in an Indian police outfit, emulating the main character of the Bollywood movie, Dabangg.
The 8-year-old broke out into dance, complete with pelvic thrusts, handstands and flips and the audience rewarded him with a standing ovation.
Hailing from Calcutta, India, he told Ellen: "I've gone to 'India's Got Talent' to show that 'motus' [chubby people] can also dance. I dance every day for three hours, and I eat more… If there's no gas in the car, how will the car run?”
Singh first appeared on 2014’s India's Got Talent season 5, astonishing the judges with his extreme dance moves. He received a standing ovation from judges Karan Johar, Kirron Kher and Malaika Arora Khan.
