1. Arjun Kapoor
Arjun Kapoor’s weight loss journey has been remarkable. The now sexy and toned actor used to weigh 140 kilos, and follows a strict regime of 20 minutes of CrossFit training till date to maintain those killer abs.
2. Sonakshi Sinha
Before being launched in Bollywood through the megahit Dabangg, Sonakshi Sinha used to weigh around 90 kilos. She lost all that weight by a combination of cardio, swimming, tennis, hot yoga, and following a proper diet regime.
3. Sonam Kapoor
Bollywood’s fashionista herself used to be a chubby teenager weighing around 86 kilos. She lost 35 of those kilos and got into amazing shape for her debut in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali masterpiece, Saawariya. Her workout regime included a combination of weight training, pilates, power yoga as well as extensive training in Kathak.
4. Kareena Kapoor
The once-chubby actress stunned the nation with her size-zero figure in Tashaan. While everybody was attributing her weight loss to extreme dieting and surgical procedures, it is a little known fact that Kareena achieved this with the help of a well-balanced diet and power yoga, with the help of diet consultant Rujuta Diwekar and celebrity yoga trainer Payel Gidwani.
5. Parineeti Chopra
A strong determination to lose weight and be fit is what drove Parineeti to shed all those extra kilos through a combination of physical activities like jogging, yoga, horseback riding, swimming, and running. She also had to say goodbye to her love for pizza, burgers and other junk food.

At one point musician Adnan Sami used to weigh over 200 kilos, and was facing serious health issues. It wasn’t until his father gave him an ultimatum that he properly started focusing on getting into a healthier lifestyle. He consulted a nutritionist in Houston and dedicated the next year to losing a whopping 156 kilos!
7. Alia Bhatt
Although never fat, Alia Bhatt used to be a chubby teenager, who got into shape before flaunting that svelte bod in her debut movie ‘Student Of The Year’. She turned to extensive weight training, along with Kathak and ballet sessions to get into the perfect shape for her first movie.
8. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
Ash took her own sweet time to lose all the pregnancy weight she had gained after the birth of her daughter Aaradhya. She switched over to brown rice, green leafy vegetables and fruits, and small, frequent meals throughout the day to get back to her slim figure.
9. Esha Deol
Esha Deol sported super flat abs in Dhoom, after going through an intense workout regime for one year after being motivated by her close friends and fitness freaks themselves, Zayed Khan and Salman Khan. Her regime included circuit workouts, and now she has even added kickboxing to get those perfectly sculpted shoulders to flaunt her sexy shoulder tattoo.
10. Jackky Bhagnani
Before he broke into the big screen with those sculpted abs, Jackky Bhagnani used to weigh a healthy 130 kilos. Armed with a posse of two instructors, Jackky does weight-lifting and cross weights thrice a week along with dancing.
